I am Sandra Christian, an entrepreneur and mother of two. I opened Creative Kids Preschool July 1996, passionate about early childhood education and directly teaching young children myself.
As an E.C.E educator, it has always been my vision to create facilities that promote learning and growing in beautiful, engaging, well-equipped surroundings; with qualified, nurturing and dedicated educators.
Parenting two of my own children, who have grown through each one of our programs, I have a vested personal interest in the educators, curriculum and facilities. Further, as an E.C.E. educator, with more then 25 years experience; I insist on providing only the highest quality, professional programs and centers. Since the very beginning our vision was and is “Planting The Seed For Further Education” TM
Vice President of Human Resources
My name is Jennifer Siemens and I am the VP of Human Resources for SLC Learning Centers Inc. I have been a part of Creative Kids Learning Centers since 2009 where I started in the preschool where Creative Kids began. During this time, I have attained my ECE, IT and SN and have had the honour and pleasure to be a part of the formative years of many Creative Kids children. I am proud to be working for a company that prides itself in providing the best of care to its young clients and their families.
Along with my 25 years of experience working with children, I am also the mother of three children and understand the importance of parents being able to entrust their children with their caregiver and we are dedicated to providing that confidence in the care we provide our families.
Vice President of Operations
My Name is Chelsea Nestman. I am a wife and the mother of three beautiful children. I am the Vice President of Operations of SLC Learning Centers. My work involves the daily operations of Creative Kids, ensuring all facilities are running to the highest of standards set out by our President and Founder.
I have been in the childcare field since 2004. I hold both the Early Childhood Educator and Infant and Toddler Certification which gives me the opportunity to understand and support many areas of development in young children.
I started working at Creative Kids in 2013 after I discovered that the organization aligned with my philosophy for guiding and caring for children. This was especially important to me as I had a 1 year old son who I had just enrolled in the Infant/Toddler program at Creative Kids. I am so thankful to have found a home in this organization for myself and my family.
I have a passion for ensuring all children are cared for in safe and healthy environment that puts facilitating learning and development in the early years of the upmost of importance.
I look forward to working with our valued Creative Kids families.
