Welcome to Ready to Read!  This program builds on the basic reading and language skills taught through the Fun Family Phonics series.  The program uses exciting stories, games and songs to move children from a phonetic understanding of language onto a solid base of reading, printing and spelling.

Ready to Read combines whole language and phonetic teaching constructs to provide a comprehensive early literacy curriculum.  There is nothing like a good base in reading to change a child’s outlook on learning from drudgery to wonder!

The reading program is designed to make the experience of learning to read very enjoyable. Through fun and interactive teaching methods your child will find they can read each book with confidence, fluency and expression.
